    In March of 2013, Jilz Gluten Free began baking gluten free crackers in Ventura, CA. With no equipment available from the baking industry that would handle gluten free dough, we were required to modify existing equipment or design and build our own. We explained to Danny and Jake of Metallhaus what our needs were, and worked with them to manufacture custom equipment that would become the Jilz production line. Their attention to detail and quality of construction is superb, and shows the focus and pride that they put into every project that comes out of their shop.

They have repaired gas tanks, fenders, bent handlebars, etc, etc..., fabricated parts that were collectively designed between myself and them, and figured out how to fix issues that had left me stranded. They have always stood by their work, and never done anything for me that was not absolutely top notch. I highly recommend them for any fabrication or design work. I truly feel that there is nothing they can't do, the best way that it can be done.

    Jake and Danny of Metallhaus have been working on my cars and motorcycles for the past 4 years, and while their work is impeccable, their straightforward approach to the work is what always stands out to me.Jake specifically has been helping me construct a land speed racing chassis for a flathead Harley-Davidson, and over the past couple of years he has helped me blend the technology of the past with the design of the present, and has constructed and mounted sheet metal and controls to an 80 year-old frame that many wouldn't take the effort on. He is incredibly detail-oriented and precise, and has helped keep me safe as well as supporting my racing efforts. He's caught many flaws in my original plans and saved me time and money by doing his research and planning ahead of me. Good people and incredible craftsmen.
